Data Deletion Request

We take your privacy seriously. If you wish to delete your Fit Tribes account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below.

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is through the Fit Tribes mobile app:

  1. Open the Fit Tribes app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile screen.
  3. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can request deletion via email:

Please include the email address associated with your Fit Tribes account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:

  • Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, profile photo).
  • Health data (age, height, weight, fitness goals).
  • Activity logs (all workout sessions, exercise sets, and diet logs).
  • Preferences and app settings.

Note on Financial Records: As required by law for accounting and tax purposes, records of subscriptions and payments are retained in an anonymised format. This means the transaction history remains, but it is no longer linked to your identity.
