Fit Tribes is a tracking and coaching tool, not a medical service. Nutrition values provided are approximate estimates. Calorie and protein targets are computational estimates, not professional medical advice.
You should consult a doctor before beginning any exercise or diet programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition or are pregnant.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fit Tribes, or have the express consent of a legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your login.
2. Trainer Relationship
Personal trainers using Fit Tribes are independent professionals. They are NOT employees, agents, or representatives of Superb Classes Edtech Private Limited. We provide the technology for them to coach you but are not liable for the specific advice, workout routines, or diet plans they prescribe.
3. Payments & Referrals
Platform subscriptions are paid in advance. Our referral programme provides rewards as specified in the app; we reserve the right to verify referrals and withhold rewards for fraudulent activity. Trainer cashback rules are subject to the specific terms displayed during the payout request.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose or to harass others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
