1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us to provide our services:

• Profile Info: Name, email, phone number, age, height, weight, and fitness goals.
• Activity Logs: Workout details, exercise sets/reps, and diet/meal logs.
• Optional Health Data: You may optionally log menstrual cycle data to track its impact on your training.

CRITICAL: Menstrual cycle data is private to your account. It is never visible to your trainer or platform administrators.

2. Why We Collect It

We process your data to:

• Maintain your fitness history and show your progress.
• Allow your personal trainer (if connected) to view your logs and provide coaching.
• Communicate regarding your account or support requests.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted partners to operate our service:

• Auth: Google Sign-In for authentication.
• Database: Supabase as our primary data processor and host.
• Payments: Razorpay and/or Cashfree for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our own servers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time via the "Delete Account" flow in your app Profile. You may also visit our deletion request page.

Upon deletion, we remove your personal health and training logs. However, financial transaction records are retained in an anonymized form as required for statutory accounting and tax purposes.
